Tobogganing is a blast! In Fieberbrunn, tobogganing enthusiasts have two natural toboggan runs to enjoy.

 

TIMOK'S NATURal tobbogan run

The new toboggan run (~ 2.6 km) on the "Schweinestberg" hill can be reached from the mid-station of the F1 Streuböden cable car in Fieberbrunn after a short winter stroll. The run leads down the wooded ridge of the "Schweinestberg" hill in gentle, sweeping curves back to the valley station.

 

  • The toboggan run is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the operating hours of the Streubödenbahn lift (last ascent with the F1 Streubödenbahn lift at 4.00 pm).
  • Closure due to weather and snow conditions is possible.
  • Toboggans are available for rent at the sports shops (not through the lifts).
  • Toboggan transport is included in all valid lift tickets.
    • Timok's Wild World 1-day ticket for those who want to toboggan multiple times a day.
    • Single rides (ascent only) are available.
    • Tip: All ALPIN CARD ski tickets are valid from 3:00 p.m. the day before – perfect for a toboggan run on your arrival day.

 

NATUR TOBOGGAN RUN DIREtTISSIMA

 

The 2.5 km long "Direttissima" natural toboggan run is located in the district "Rosenegg" inFieberbrunn.

The ascent begins at the Rosenegg football field (Rosenegg 35), where free parking is available. After approximately 1.5 hours of hiking along a dedicated trail, you will reach the start of the toboggan run at the "Egg" farm. For larger groups, please register in advance with Johann Wieser at +43 664 9135513. At the end of the toboggan run, please place the rental toboggans in the designated crate.

 

Attention: Sleds will no longer be delivered to the starting point. Collection points remain at Obermairfeld in the valley and additionally in the Tragstätt area (cross-country ski trail). Sleds can be taken up from these locations free of charge and then returned to one of the two collection points.

 

There is no parking available at the start of the toboggan run!

A taxi ride to the start of the toboggan run is possible.

 

Shortly before the end, you can take a detour to the Hotel Chalets Großlehen, which offers a great place to stop for refreshments before tackling the final stretch of the toboggan run.

 

Tip: The Direttissima toboggan run is illuminated daily until 10:00 p.m. An evening tobogganing trip has its own special charm!
