Long friday

The beloved "Long Friday" has a new concert format with it this summer: the picnic concerts on the mountain.

Sounds like a perfect summer evening: Enjoying the romantic sunset while listening to live music comfortably on a picnic blanket and being spoiled with delicacies from a purchasable picnic basket. Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn is sending Long Friday into the next round this summer with an innovative concert format. On ten dates, from June 30 to September 1, there will be musical listening pleasure paired with culinary delights from the picnic basket in "Timoks Wilder Welt", at the Streuböden midway station. In addition to the picnic concerts, music highlights await you on two selected dates at the Streuböden Alm.

FREE COASTER RIDE

1 free coaster ride from 18:00 hrs.

While the adults listen to music or feast leisurely in a unique evening atmosphere, Timok keeps the younger generation happy: Timok's action-packed Alpine Coaster is open on Long Fridays from 6:00 p.m. until dusk, and the best part: during this time, 1 ride per person on the nippy two-seater is free!

The Streuböden cable car operates continuously on the Long Fridays until 11.30 p.m. For the ascent with the cable car Streuböden the regular cable car rates apply, the concerts on the mountain are free of charge.

Picnic basket for two

For all those who want to enjoy the evening without much preparation, the richly filled picnic basket of the Long Friday is a hot tip. This can be ordered online or at the cable car ticket office until 5 pm the day before and picked up on the day of the event directly at the valley station at the S4 Alm.  

Drinks and snacks from the P3 gondola

Last-minute and spontaneous picnickers will get their money's worth in the P3 Gondola, which can be found directly on Timoks Wiese. Small snacks, cool drinks or a bottle of wine? Discover what the gondola has to offer.

Streuböden Alm

On 28 July and 4 August, the concerts take place directly on the large terrace of the Streuböden-Alm. On these two dates, the team around Birgit and Rupert will spoil visitors with local delicacies and drinks. On the other picnic concert dates, the Streuböden-Alm is also open in the evening, if the weather is good.

S4 Alm

If the journey home is too early after the end of the picnic concert, simply make a detour to the S4 Alm after the gondola ride to continue partying here. This has on the long Fridays extra long - until 1 am - open.  Should the weather gods have no mercy, the S4 Alm is also the best address - the picnic concerts are then moved there without further ado.

Ferchlstadl

For all those who decide to hike down into the valley after the picnic concert, the Ferchstadl offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy local delicacies and good drinks halfway down.

Wildalpgatterl

On the terrace of the Wildalpgatterl, in addition to all the delicacies, you can also perfectly enjoy the sunset. The tasteful ambience invites you to spend cosy hours on the mountain.
