During the summer months, the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn again invests to ensure even more comfort for all winter sport fans.
F8 MAISKOPF 6-SEATER CABLE CAR
In Fieberbrunn, the old F8 Maiskopf T-bar lift is being replaced by a 6-seater chairlift. The new lift follows the same route and increases the transport capacity from 800 to approximately 1,800 people per hour. Waiting times on the way back down to the valley are now a thing of the past – more comfort, more flow on the ski runs.
What makes this project special: Key components from the former Sassgalun lift in Ischgl are being reused for the new construction. The drive system, towers, and chairs are being reused and combined with new elements such as the cable, control system, and modern station buildings. This makes the conversion not only efficient but also resource-saving – a flagship project for sustainable mountain railway infrastructure.

NATURAL TOBOGGLE RUN SCHWEINESTBERG
The new toboggan run in Fieberbrunn can be reached from the middle station of the F1 Streuböden cable car after a short hike along the Streuböden panoramic trail. It leads down the wooded ridge of the "Schweinestberg" hill in gentle, sweeping curves back to the valley station.
The toboggan run is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the operating hours of the Streuböden cable car. Closure due to weather and snow conditions is possible.
Toboggan transport is included in all valid lift tickets.

The Ski ALPIN CARD becomes a partner of the Epic Pass
With the coming winter season, the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn and Zell am See-Kaprun will become part of the Epic Pass - the international season ski pass from the US company Vail Resorts.
With the recently signed cooperation agreements, the ALPIN CARD region has become the second Austrian ski destination to join the elite circle of Epic Pass members. The international season ski pass provides access to over 80 ski resorts worldwide - from North America to Japan and Australia. From winter 2025/26, Epic Pass holders will have five ski days included in the ALPIN CARD network. Conversely, ALPIN CARD season and annual pass holders will receive a 50% discount on the applicable ski pass prices at 37 North American ski resorts
NEW IN LEOGANG: FUNSLOPE & FUNCROSS
The funslope on the Steinberg piste, near the L11 Krallerlift practice lift, is almost 400m long and 9m wide, making it suitable for all skill levels and featuring elements such as high-fives, waves, and banked turns. The funcross course at the Schanteilift challenges all skiers to have fun – true to the motto: "race feeling meets flow".
