Onboarding

Viktoria Hocke (Employee Management) and Markus Wimmer (Operations Management - Human Resources) support the onboarding process and are available as contact persons for human resources issues.

• In the run-up to the winter season, a staff training session is held every year in November (the exact date will be announced).
• Before start of work, the contract of employment is signed in the personnel office (back office cash desk) and the stamp chip and season ticket are issued. In the building of the F1 Streuböden valley station you will then receive your work clothes.
• By the 15th of each month, all staff members shall be paid their wages for the previous calendar month. The collective agreement for Austrian cable cars applies.
