This lovingly renovated Tyrolean farmhouse with stylish furnishings offers you a romantic ambience in the middle of the Kitzbühler Alps. The whole house (90m²) is at your disposal.

Due to the stairs to the bedrooms and the wood-burning stoves we cannot accommodate children under the age of 5, and unfortunately we cannot welcome dogs either.

You can reach the village center in a few minutes (the nearest supermarket is about 2 minutes away), the lifts of the large ski area Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). The entrance to the extensive cross-country ski trail is about 200m away.

Dear guests, we warmly welcome you on the day of your arrival from 4:00 p.m., a parking space is available free of charge. Departure by 10:00 a.m.;

The deposit is 30% of the rental fee; Both parties can withdraw from the contract free of charge up to 45 days before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee. We recommend a cancellation insurance.

You can expect: a living room, a dining room, a separate kitchen, a 2-bed room (double bed) and a 3-bed room (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (shower and toilet). Central heating, wifi and bluetooth devices are available but no TV.

Unfortunately no children under the age of 5 and no dogs.
