Our modern and barrier-free holiday flat is situated in the Pillerseetal in a quiet yet central location and is the ideal starting point for countless activities. The Eder holiday flat is less than 10 minutes by car from one of Austria's largest ski areas "Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn". In winter, our flat is the ideal starting point for skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing and ski tours. In summer you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, climbing and swimming in the marvellous mountain landscape of the Pillerseetal.

The approx. 40m2 flat is located in our detached house built in 2021 with a separate entrance. The flat includes a well-equipped kitchen, a living/sleeping area with a flat-screen TV, a bedroom and a private bathroom with shower. You can also make use of the 10m2 terrace and private garden as well as the room for free ski and bike storage. During cosy hours on the terrace, you can enjoy the outstanding view of the Buchensteinwand and the Jakobskreuz.
