Experience pure holidays with a high feel-good factor in the newly built "Glückhoch2" in 2021/2022 in the centre of Hochfilzen - the snowiest place in Tyrol.

The "Glückhoch2" offers you a large carport for a comfortable and dry arrival and departure. Directly from the carport you reach the ski and bike room.

The newly built building comprises a total of 4 flats. The two flats on the ground floor are permanently occupied by Stefanie's parents. Via the separate entrance you reach the 2 spacious, light-flooded holiday flats berg.glück and wiesen.glück on the upper floor via a wide staircase. Both flats have 75 square metres and are equipped with extra large windows for light-flooded rooms and great views. Modern, stylish and high-quality furniture conjures up pure living comfort. The Glückhoch2 offers everything you need for a pleasant stay and a perfect holiday in the Tyrolean mountains.

Host information

We are Stefanie and Michael and with our three rascals David, Marie, and Emma, we are the Perterer family. We both have our roots in Hochfilzen, but we have now established our primary residence in St. Jakob.

If you decide to spend your vacation days at Alpenglück in St. Jakob, we will probably see each other more often ☺ - after all, Alpenglück is located in the basement of our home.

However, if you spend dreamy days in Hochfilzen, you will be vacationing in Stefanie's parents' house, which was newly built in 2021.

Here, you might often meet Grandma Heidi and Grandpa Walter. Stefanie's parents live in the apartments on the ground floor in Hochfilzen and are, just like us, always happy to assist you with advice and support.

We are passionate landlords and strive to make your vacation as pleasant as possible from booking to your return home. This way, your vacation with us becomes something truly special!

You can use the covered private parking spaces, WLan in the whole building free of charge.

Washing and drying service, video on demand is available on request and for an extra charge.

The complete kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels are also available free of charge.

Guest card PillerseeTal: free ski bus, train rides between Hochfilzen-Wörgl, other discounts.

The residence tax of € 2,80 per person/night (from 15 years) is not included in the price and must be paid on site.
