Welcome in the guesthouse Rosi into fever well! Not only the quiet location of the guesthouse but also the wonderfully beautiful nature in the PillerseeTal will fill you with enthusiasm! Ease surrounded by juicy meadows and woods at splashing creeks and in the midst of the Kitzbüheler Alps away from hurly-burly and noise.
For your vacation in Tyrol you can choose between comfortable room, a vacation dwelling or the vacation house with us. Each of neat accommodations was lovingly and friendly set up to guarantee a pleasant atmosphere. Of course the possibility passes a Zustellbett or a cot booking for your small to this. Also domestic animals are welcome.
Furthermore we have a big parking lot which you can toll-free use as well as a ski room of our own with Skischuhtrockner, comfortable lunchroom, and a day room for sociable evenings.

You lack it also here to nothing: You find refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, water cookers and of course all cook utensils required here. 2 double bed rooms are ideal for a restful sleep in which one has a terrace entrance of this. Cut individually and generously both rooms were formed. Laminated plastic floor is located in the residential and Küchebereich so that himself also person suffering from an allergy with us wohlfühlen! You find the toilet and a washing area in the bathroom. In addition, there is a comfortable bathtub with an additional taking a shower device there. Our vacation house is ideally suitable for families with up to 4 persons. You reach the open living quarter TV in the first floor with a big corner couch and one –Enclosure. The kitchen line equipped completely and the dining table at which you can eat comfortably with dear to yours is next-door. The bathroom also is located in the first floor and was designed bright and modern. You find a shower and a washing area there, in addition, there is enough place to put your care products. There is a separate admission to the toilet. The sleep area convinces wonderfully beautiful starry sky in the 1st floor, the gallery of the vacation house, with a big double bed and one directly about this. With bright wood and much light a pleasant ambiance was here created. There is the possibility that you book the breakfast to the vacation house to this or take advantage of our roll service!
