Ski, bike & hike - it is only about 3 km to the entrance of the world-renowned Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn and to the bike park & trails in Fieberbrunn. Interesting excursion destinations, the cross-country ski trails in Pillerseetal, as well as numerous cycling and hiking paths in Fieberbrunn start directly at your doorstep. Thanks to the train and bus station a few minutes' walk away, all the highlights and events of the region are quickly accessible without a car. For summer swimming fun, the idyllic Tyrolean bathing lakes Lauchsee and Pillersee are just a few minutes' drive away.

After an active day in the Kitzbühel Alps, relax in the in-house sauna house in the garden. A secure storage room for your skis, snowboards, and bikes, as well as parking spaces directly in front of the house, are available to you free of charge.
