Very cosy, family-run private guesthouse with 3 apartments for 2 - 6 people. The apartments were completely redesigned in 2018 and newly furnished and have the highest comfort and individual vacation requirements. Accommodation company exists for more than 40 years with a very high number of regular guests. Direct and personal guest care by the landlady Annemarie and her husband Leonhard, who is also mayor of the municipality. Quiet and very sunny location with stunning views of the mountains. Trails and ski bus nearby.

arrival from 2 pm, depature until 10 am. Coming from St. Johann i.T. to Fieberbrunn (district Rosenegg) turn left towards St. Jakob iH / St. Ulrich A.P. turn. Approx. 2.5 km to the hamlet Muehlau. Before the bus stop (or cell phone), turn left, about 150 m over a gently sloping side road to the guest house Niedermoser on the right side.
