History of the Bichlhof
The Bichlhof was first mentioned in a document in the year 1464. In 1954, a new stable and barn building was constructed, which, however, was destroyed by a fire in 1965, along with part of the residential building. Thanks to the energetic support of many helpers, everything could be rebuilt.
As early as 1958, the residential building had been newly constructed. After the fire, Christian's grandparents began renting rooms, which were later successfully continued by his parents. Since 2016, we have been managing the farm, now in the third generation, taken over from Christian's parents Sebastian and Marianne, and we continue the tradition with great passion.
The Bichlhof is located on the sunny side of Fieberbrunn, just 1 km from the main road.
The quiet location guarantees pure relaxation while you simultaneously enjoy a dreamlike view of the surrounding mountains. Both the cycling path and the Camino de Santiago pass directly by the accommodation – ideal for active guests.
Host information
We – Franziska and Christian Hausbacher with our children Valentina and David – have been passionately continuing the farm of Christian's parents since 2016. In addition to agriculture, we also enjoy running our rental business and warmly welcome you to our newly built holiday apartments Valentina and David.

Starting from winter 2025, we warmly welcome you to our newly renovated vacation apartment David!
The David vacation apartment offers comfortable space for 1–4 people on 45 m². On the ground floor is the entrance area with a wardrobe and a practical ski boot dryer. You can reach the apartment via a staircase, which is equipped with a cozy living-dining area. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the comfortable couch can be easily converted into a cozy sleeping area with a slatted frame and mattress. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, inviting you to relax outdoors.
The bright bedroom with access to the balcony impresses with its dreamy view of the Jakobskreuz – a highlight that ensures unforgettable vacation moments. The apartment is further complemented by a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.The highest comfort is provided by air conditioning. In addition, televisions are available in both the bedroom and the living-dining area.

The Valentina apartment offers ample space of 75 m² for 1–6 people. A cloakroom and a shoe dryer for ski and hiking shoes are available on the ground floor. You reach the apartment via the stairs, where a spacious foyer awaits you.
The open living and dining area with a modern kitchen offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. A sofa bed (slatted frame and mattress) provides additional sleeping comfort. From the living area, you can directly access the balcony with a dreamy panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
For restful sleep, there is a double room and a triple room available. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet completes the comfort.The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and both bedrooms, as well as the living and dining area, are fitted with TVs, ensuring entertainment for cozy evenings.
