The "house Waltl" is situated in a sunny and calm place, close to the town center of St. Ulrich am Pillersee. Bothe appartements have a balcony. A bakery and bus stop are nearby (100m) and also cross-country ski tracks, a restaurant and a sports outfittery are close-by. You are able to reach the Buchensteinwand skiing area (5 min.) and also the skiing home of lässig Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn-Kitzsteinhorn and the "Waidringer Steinplatte" with the skibus (within no time; free of charge).
In summer the area is the ideal for those, who like hiking or biking. Horseriding or fishing is also possible. The lake Pillersee is very nice for relaxing and on hot summer days for swimming and bathing.
