This lovingly renovated, original Tyrolean farmhouse with period furnishings offers you a romantic stay in the midst of the Kitzbühel Alps. Enjoy your winter holiday by the crackling of a wood fire while playing games, reading, or using the Wi-Fi in the parlor with your family or friends. The entire house (approx. 90m²) is available to you, as well as a parking space in front of the door.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the town center (the nearest grocery store is about 2 minutes away), and the lifts of the large ski area Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn are within walking distance (about 10 minutes uphill). The entry point to the extensive cross-country skiing trail is approximately 5 minutes away.

Our lovingly modernized farmhouse offers you a romantic living experience (almost) like in the old days: with a tiled stove in the living room and an original wood stove in the dining room. You can expect: a living room, a dining room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a 2-bed room (double bed), and a 3-bed room (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom (with shower and toilet). Central heating, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth devices are available, no TV.

Unfortunately, no children under 5 years and no dogs.
