Two small, cozy apartments have been created – just right for singles, couples, and families with up to three people. Pine wood, natural materials, and affectionate details create a comfortable atmosphere – for relaxing days and good sleep. With us, your holiday can begin in a cozy way. Take a deep breath and feel nature, inside and outside – with the scent of larch in your nose and the Kitzbühel Alps right outside the door. Our small, privately-run holiday home offers two newly renovated (2025) holiday apartments for 2 or up to 3 persons – just right for singles, couples, and small families.

With us, nature also belongs inside the house: plenty of wood, natural materials, and a real feeling of home. Grander water flows from all taps – for drinking, cooking, and daily body care. In addition, there is pleasant indoor air, cleanliness, and many little details that make the difference.

And it should be cozy at night too: larch beds with open foot ends and reversible mattresses in medium or firm provide restful nights. The apartments are pet-free and designed with allergy sufferers in mind.

Sunny south-facing balconies, interior and exterior loggias, the bench at the Roan, as well as the sun terrace invite you to let your gaze wander into the mountains.

Our quiet location in the valley makes many things uncomplicated. The cycling path is no more than 150 m away, and bus stops, shopping facilities, and restaurants are quickly accessible. Home of Lässig: it is only 2.7 km to the entrance of the Ski Circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.

In summer, you can hike, mountain bike, discover mountain lakes, climb, or practice archery. In winter, skiing, snowboarding, freeriding, cross-country skiing, and winter hiking await.

The foundation was laid by Elisabeth and her husband, who built the house together and ran it with incredible passion for 58 years. Even today, Elisabeth is delighted with the further development of the house and supports us with her experience and warmth.

Pit, who cares for and maintains the property, can usually be found in his workshop – always with an open ear and a trained eye for detail.

Regina, who grew up here and has deep ties to the place, continues to run the family business with a genuine passion for hospitality. For her, it is more than just a job—it is a labor of love to offer guests a piece of home in nature.
