Natural materials, modern living comfort, and the tranquility of the mountains characterize our pet-free holiday apartments for singles, couples, and small families of up to 3 persons. Quietly located in the Pillerseetal, directly on the cycling path, with short distances to shopping options, leisure activities, hiking trails, and the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.

With us, your vacation can start off very cozy. Arrive, take a deep breath, and feel the nature – with the scent of Swiss pine in your nose and the Kitzbühel Alps right outside your door. Our small, family-run holiday home offers two newly renovated (2025) apartments for 2 or up to 3 persons – just right for singles, couples, and small families.

Nature is also part of our home: plenty of wood, natural materials, and a true sense of living. Grander water flows from all taps – for drinking, cooking, and daily body care. Add pleasant room air, cleanliness, and many little details that make a difference.

And even at night it can be cozy: Swiss pine beds with open foot ends and reversible mattresses in medium or firm allow for restful nights. The apartments are pet-free and designed with allergy sensitivity in mind.

Sunny southeast balconies, indoor and outdoor loggias, the bench at Roan, as well as the sun terrace invite you to let your gaze wander into the mountains.

Our quiet location in the valley makes many things uncomplicated. The bike path is less than 150 m away, bus stops, shopping opportunities, and restaurants are quickly accessible. Home of Lässig: It's only 2.7 km to the entry into the Ski Circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.

Our former bed and breakfast has been transformed into two lovingly designed NaturNah apartments – a new chapter in the history of our family business, now in its second generation.

The foundation was laid by Elisabeth and her husband, who built the house together and ran it with incredible passion for 58 years. Even today, Elisabeth is delighted with the further development of the house and supports us with her experience and warmth.

Pit, who cares for and maintains the property, can usually be found in his workshop – always with an open ear and a trained eye for detail.

Regina, who grew up here and has deep ties to the place, continues to run the family business with a genuine passion for hospitality. For her, it is more than just a job—it is a labor of love to offer guests a piece of home in nature.
