Our apartment is located in an outbuilding of our farmhouse "Stallhäusl" on a beautiful and quiet hill with mountain view. In summer there is a children's playground in the garden of the holiday house. Accompanied by us you can visit and stroke our animals in the stable. And by arrangement our small guests can groom our ponies or ride on them. The starting point to one of the biggest skiing areas in Austria, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, can be reached within 10 minutes by the car. 10 walking minutes from the apartment you can find the cross-country trail and toboggan run, bus stop and train station, restaurants, bars, cafes, confectionery, shopping possibilities, gift article shop, hairdresser / chiropody and beauty salon, nature shop, pharmacy and doctors. The local indoor swimming pool can be reaches withing about 5 minutes by car. We offer parking for 2 cars in from of the house and a lockable storeroom for bikes and skis.
With a lot of love to animals and nature we manage our farm and with a lot of warmth and kindness towards our guests we rent our apartment. With awareness and gratitude about living in one of the most beautiful places in the world, we are looking forward to welcoming you as our guests at the "Stallhäusl" farm in Fieberbrunn in Tirol.

Our “Morgensonne” apartment on the farm is ideal for a relaxing vacation in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps. The apartment has a cozy terrace that invites you to linger outdoors. Our holiday apartment "Mittagssonne" is located on the first floor of the annex at Stallhäuslhof. It features two bedrooms, a living kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and an extra WC. Additionally, a large private balcony with views of the surrounding mountains and peaceful nature is part of the holiday apartment "Mittagssonne". Bedroom #1 is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom #2 contains a double bed and a washbasin.

The apartment (approx. 80 m²) is located on two floors and offers an anteroom for shoes and wardrobe, a large and fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the sun terrace (furnished in summer / barbecue facilities). Beside the kitchen there is a cosy living room with tiled stove, a spacious sofa (-bed for 2 people), TV and a comfortable seating corner in tyrolean style for up to 10 people. You can also find a newly renovated bathroom with shower, basin and toilet on the ground floor. A beautiful wooden stairway (with child lock) leads you up to the first floor. Up there is another bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with double bed, single bed and balcony and another spacious bedroom with double bed, sofa bed (for 2 people) and balcony. The apartment is heated by central heating. In winter your host will heat up the tiled stove in the living room for you to make you feel comfortable after a day in the snow. By request family Höck will deliver you daily fresh bread for breakfast and eggs from the happy chickens.
