A vacation in which you don't have to do anything, but can do everything. Large 2-person apartments with 2.8m room height, completely equipped with underfloor heating, barrier-reduced-intended for individualists, couples, friends, connoisseurs - who also want to treat themselves to a lot of space on vacation. You have the freedom to cater for yourself or treat yourself to a visit to a restaurant.
Our apartment building has 5 holiday apartments. Not far from the center and the mountain railway, you will get your money's worth in both summer and winter.
You love hiking, the mountain air and the sunsets - our house is surrounded by the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps and offers excursion and hiking opportunities. Bikers get their money's worth in the "Bike Area Streuböden".
In winter the mountain railway takes you directly to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. With 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 lifts, 60 ski huts, the Fieberbrunn motto "Home of Lässig" applies.

Elisabeth:
I saw the mountain panorama of Fieberbrunn on the first day of my life. However, I only really noticed it after living in Vienna for 15 years. All the more I now appreciate the splendor of nature and the silence of the mountains.
Long walks in winter and early morning hikes in the mountains in summer give strength for challenging times and clear my head. Reading, learning and loving what you do is very important to me.
Christoph:
Born in Vienna and still “half a Fieberbrunn” - this fact brought me to Fieberbrunn very early on. I also discovered this region as a holiday guest. School time, studies and work kept me in Vienna for a long time until I moved with Elisabeth to her home town in 2008.
My teaching activities at the grammar school in St. Johann in Tirol gave me and Elisabeth enough time to plan and implement Seminarium F5.

Conditions
As our guest, you can use the Fieberbrunn (from 16 years old) sauna area in the winter season and the Lauchsee lake in the summer season (both: www.aubad.at) free of charge. Final cleaning EUR 60 (apartments 1 to 5) and EUR 75 (apartments 6 and 7).

Check-in 4 pm to 8 pm. Check-out till 10.00 a.m. Thank you for vacating the apartment on time, so we have the opportunity to clean it on time for the next guest. Early check-in or late check-out are of course possible, subject to availability.
