We warmly welcome you to our beautiful Waidring, where a very special place awaits you. Surrounded by the Loferer Steinberge, the Waidringer Steinplatte, the Fellhorn, and the Wilder Kaiser lies our idyllic and peacefully located organic farm. Since autumn 2025, we - Melanie and Georg Hirzinger, along with our two children Rosalie and Valentin - have been proudly and passionately managing the farm, which has been in our family for over 250 years.
