New in the Skicircus

A summary of everything that is new in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn for the 2018/2019 winter season. We continue to invest in quality, safety, and diversity to offer you the best ski days possible.

Skiticket Automat - Fieberbrunn

The Skticket Automat of the latest version from the company Skidata allows the purchase of half-day & adult tickets. The payment can only be made by credit card. Skiers with a primary residence in the districts of Kitzbühel and Zell am See can also use the authorization card to obtain the reduced local rates at the vending machine. Another function of the machine is to take back the KeyCards at the end of a ski day and pay out the deposit amount.

The Skiticket Automat can be found at the valley station of the mountain railway company "Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn" and expands the ticket sales area. With this novelty, the cash points can be extended and waiting times significantly reduced at peak times. The simple, user-friendly and fast operation as well as the bilingual selection in German and English are further substantial advantages of the automat.

We are always looking forward to your feedback in order to continuously improve the service for your skiing day!

A new reservoir was built at the Streuböden mid station in summer 2018. By enlarging the existing reservoir and modifying and constructing the Streuböden line of snowmaking facilities, it is now possible to have snowmaking in operation throughout the entire ski area, thus ensuring skiing is possible over Christmas. As part of the reservoir construction process, Timok’s adventure trail will be newly designed, with a low water area, offering an additional attraction from summer 2019. Another milestone in the development of tourism in Fieberbrunn and the PillerseeTal region.
